For the holiday season, Zalando introduced The Gift Shop, a campaign built around the joy of giving and the magic of finding the right present. With curated gift selections, limited-edition wrapping kits, and a playful, fashion-forward aesthetic, the campaign transformed holiday shopping into a moment of connection, celebration, and style.
Directed by Gordon von Steiner and featuring Karen Elson, Stella Maxwell, and Mica Argañaraz, the film captured the festive spirit with a joyful, modern touch, blending charm, fashion, and seasonality into one cohesive world.

Across all campaign funnels, The Gift Shop unfolded through social content designed to inspire, engage, and guide. Each asset translated the campaign’s festive spirit into platform-native formats, from awareness-driving videos to inspirational carousels and conversion-focused placements.
The result was a cohesive digital journey that carried the holiday mood across every touchpoint, turning social media into a natural extension of the campaign experience and helping users find the perfect gift with ease.
INSTAGRAM PHOTOSHOOT
To complement the campaign, we produced an additional product-focused shoot created specifically for Instagram. The imagery highlighted details, textures, and the festive mood of The Gift Shop, translating the collection into authentic, platform-native inspiration. Designed for the way people browse and discover on Instagram, the content felt warm, immediate, and perfectly at home in the feed.

The Gift Shop wrapped the season in a joyful, fashion-forward experience, from the festive film to curated content that helped customers find the perfect present.
